ASI is having troubles starting up. This is likely due to an initialisation failure of Application Insights so the ASI team will not receive telemetry of this failure.
Azure Service Insights is taking longer than expected to load. This can be caused by inconsistent caching or timeouts loading javascript from the server. Please open your browser console and look for any errors there. Additionally, check the "Network" tab for any errors in there.
We have logged this error (assuming logging is working in this state). Please try reloading the page, holding down shift while reloading, and doing a full cache clear and reload. Also, try private mode to see if that works.
